Hello all.
What a fabulous start to the year it has been! It’s filled my heart with gratitude to spend quality time with family while also hitting major milestones in my business projects.
The day began with catching up on emails—a manageable five that required my attention. Clearing out my inbox felt like a small victory, and it reminded me how rewarding it is to stay organized. Reflecting on the journey of 2024, I’m so proud of the foundation I’ve built with my blog, Ebay Boosters, the Home Harmony Project, and the soon-to-launch TownHost. These projects have taught me the true power of planning and persistence.
The highlight of our day was a family trip to the local swimming baths, Mill House Leisure Centre. Although its worn-down state is a shame, we made the most of it. Fearne, in her usual fearless fashion, learned to swim without armbands in just 15 minutes! Watching her glide across the pool filled me with so much pride. As a reward, she got to enjoy the slide—a moment of pure joy for us all.
We rounded off our outing with a stop at Burger King, where I tried an Angus Burger—an unexpectedly delicious treat!
Back at home, I reached a huge milestone with TownHost: the main website is now complete. Every page is polished, with content, images, and icons all in place. This feels like a testament to my growth as a website developer, and I couldn’t be more excited about what lies ahead. The next step is SEO optimization—a process I’m approaching with patience and care.
To cap off the day, I checked on the progress of AMAS and was thrilled to see it performing well enough to cover the cost of today’s swimming adventure. What a wonderful way to see efforts turn into rewards.
The evening ended with some relaxation as we watched Squid Game Season 2, Episode 4. The storytelling and psychological twists in this series never fail to captivate us!
