I embrace every new challenge with gratitude, knowing it helps me grow into the person I am meant to be.
Hello all.
Today was a day of milestones, both at work and in my personal life. The morning started with a flurry of admin tasks, as the deadline for Termly reports for the 200+ schools supported by the Teaching School Hub is fast approaching. While the workload was intense, I’m grateful for the systems and teamwork that make such a massive operation possible.
In the afternoon, I switched gears and prepared my GoPro camera to film the dress rehearsal of the School Christmas Production at the church. Watching the students perform, full of excitement and holiday spirit, reminded me of the beauty of working in education. Capturing those moments on camera felt like a gift in itself, one that will be shared with the wider school community.
The evening brought a monumental moment in my Freemasons journey. At our annual Election of Officers, I was honored to be elected as Senior Warden, a significant step as I prepare to take on the leadership role next year. This responsibility comes with a lot of lines to learn for the ceremonies ahead, but I am ready to embrace the challenge and grow into this new chapter of my life.
Each part of today highlighted the importance of dedication, preparation, and gratitude. Whether supporting others through work or stepping into a leadership role, I feel fortunate for the opportunities to make a positive impact and continue growing.
