I cherish the moments of joy and progress, embracing every day with purpose and gratitude.
Hello all.
What a beautiful Christmas it was! 🎄 Everyone adored their gifts, and spending time with Mum and Dad was the perfect touch to an already special day. Juli's incredible Christmas dinner was a masterpiece, filled with love and flavour—truly a day to remember.
Boxing Day brought a wonderful mix of excitement and calm. Fearne, as energetic as ever, couldn’t wait to try out her new roller blades. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and we started the day right with a morning routine—breakfast, getting ready, and a bit of Wim Hof breathing exercises, yoga, and meditation.
Juli and Henry headed to the Boxing Day rugby match at West Hartlepool Rugby, giving Fearne another adventure to look forward to. This also gave me a chance to make progress on my TownHost website—the services section is nearly complete!
Later, we all came together for lunch, where I made soup to warm everyone up after the match. Fearne was finally ready to test her rollerblades at the park, and she was a natural! Her confidence and joy lit up the day.
The afternoon was spent relaxing with football on Amazon Prime, a game of Twister (Fearne's idea), and good-natured laughs all around. Even though Manchester United didn’t bring me much joy this time, the day overall was filled with gratitude and connection.
I also checked on my AMAS project and was thrilled to see it had doubled its money in just five days, hitting the first milestone! It's moments like these that make the hard work worthwhile.
As the day ended, I felt ready to embrace a sense of normalcy again. Tomorrow will be a productive day with tasks like putting out the bins, mailing packages, and cleaning the kitchen. Back to the routine, back to building dreams.
