Stormy weather continued, cancelling football once more, but it gifted me another precious day to focus on building my dreams.
The bulk of my day was spent working on the TownHost website, adding 15 individual package pages. It’s meticulous work, crafting each one to showcase the value and professionalism I strive to bring to every project. Writing the text is one thing, but creating unique images for each package—173 and counting!—takes time and creativity. Even with the repetitive challenge of illustrating concepts like analytics and reporting, I know these visuals will set my services apart and show my dedication.
The afternoon brought another round of home improvement as Juli and I tackled laying the carpet in Henry’s bedroom. It put up a fight at first, refusing to flatten, but persistence paid off. Juli handled the precise cutting and positioning while I moved furniture, tucked the carpet into place, and ensured we didn’t miss a step. It was tiring but satisfying work.
With the carpet finally installed, I shifted to finishing touches—rebuilding Henry’s bed and fixing his window, which hadn’t closed properly in months. Seeing his room come together was a rewarding moment, and Henry now has a fresh, cozy space to enjoy.
The evening brought some holiday magic as I ordered Fearne’s big Christmas present. It felt wonderful to check that off the list, knowing it will bring her joy.
Through all of this, my vision for TownHost is becoming clearer. Each page I add to the website is another step toward the life I’ve been working hard to create—a life where I can help others achieve their dreams while living out my own.
