Tuesday 5th November 2024 - From Early Starts to Late Nights: Progress and Positivity

 Hello all,

Even though I stayed up until 1:00 AM, I managed to wake up at 7:00 AM, ready to face another busy day. The morning started with a bit of frustration as the kitchen needed cleaning again. Pots and washed clothes had been left out overnight, but I made sure to get everything sorted before heading off to work.

On my way to work, I posted another item sold through eBay Boosters, ticking off one more task before diving into a productive day at the office. Most of my focus at work was on finalizing the PowerPoint for the nursery. This presentation will eventually display on the TV in the nursery entrance, providing important information in a clear and engaging way.

Another significant task was writing the newsletter for the Tees Valley Teaching School Hub. As we had missed the deadline before the half-term break, I prioritized sending it out first thing in the morning. With over 2,000 recipients, it could have been daunting, but the computer systems I’ve built made the process simple with just a few clicks.

The day was made even busier by supporting both the Year 2 and Year 4 classes, who needed laptops for their lessons. It felt good to ensure that everything ran smoothly for the students and staff.

In the evening, I attended a Freemasons charity meeting at 7:00 PM. It was a truly positive experience. We were able to donate significant funds to some very worthy causes in the area, which filled me with immense pride and gratitude. Knowing we’re making a difference in the community is one of the most rewarding aspects of being involved in the Freemasons.

After such a packed day, I treated myself to some delicious fish and chips, savoring a quiet moment of indulgence. Of course, the day didn’t end there—I stayed up late again, working on more articles for the Home Harmony Project. These deep cleaning guides take time to perfect, but I know they’ll be incredibly useful.

Even though it’s been another long day, I feel motivated by the progress I’m making, both in my personal projects and in giving back to the community. It’s all worth it in the end, knowing I’m helping others learn how to care for their homes and spaces.
