Hello all,
Today started bright and early at 7 AM, as I had a refereeing appointment at 10:30 AM in Seaham. Before heading out, I made good use of the morning by tidying up the kitchen and putting away the laundry—small tasks that set the tone for a productive day.
The match went well, and afterward, we embraced the crisp autumn air with a walk at Castle Eden. It was a wonderful way to unwind, followed by a visit to Juli’s friend from work, where we enjoyed some delicious homemade soup and nibbles. The cozy atmosphere and good company made for a perfect afternoon.
Later, we visited my mum. She shared how peaceful her past few weeks had been, which was lovely to hear. It’s always nice to catch up and spend time together, appreciating the calm moments in life.
Once we returned home, I dedicated a couple of hours to preparing next week’s content for The Home Harmony Project. This time, I’m focusing on the importance of getting at least seven hours of sleep every day—a vital piece of advice I intend to follow myself.
We ended the evening with some downtime, watching Black Adam on Amazon Prime. While the action was top-notch, the story left a bit to be desired. Still, it was a relaxing way to close out a fulfilling day.
