Hello all.
Today marked the first day of my half-term holiday, and I made the most of it by tidying up downstairs, tackling the laundry, and setting up some new posts to promote eBay Boosters. I also prepared a laptop for sale through eBay Boosters, taking time to format it so it’s ready for a new owner as a “ready-to-use” computer.
Juli’s car needed a trip to the garage due to a leak in the steering fluid, so we arranged for the 4x4 to be taken in for repairs. Given that it’s half-term, my plan is to relax as much as possible. I finally got around to reading the Freemasons magazine that arrived a few weeks ago. In other news, I was disappointed to hear that Erik ten Hag was sacked as Manchester United’s manager, especially as I am a fan of the team.
The afternoon was blissfully lazy, which felt well-deserved after such busy weeks at work and various projects. I played one of my favourite childhood games, LMA Manager, and, after 18 years of managing Hartlepool United, I finally landed the job at Manchester United! I eagerly started building my new Manchester United team—a fun change of pace from real-life responsibilities.
In the evening, we all settled in for our regular Monday quiz line-up on BBC Two: Mastermind, Only Connect, and University Challenge. While watching, I listed the laptop on eBay and promoted it on eBay Boosters’ social media pages and website. A relaxing and productive start to my time off!
